For our coffee roasting needs, we teamed up with Orange County Coffee Roasters as our 'small batch' roaster of choice. They too, are a family owned and operated business, located on the outskirts of the Shenandoah Valley.  OCCR works diligently with us in roasting our beans at time of order.  This practice virtually eliminates the extended shelf life typical of the mass produced coffee you would find at your local grocer, or in larger coffee chain stores. The difference in taste is evident with your very first sip.
